But, isn't 700 euros more than sufficient for rent?
well, not really aritul, as long as you want to live in downtown madrid. it's almost impossible to find a decent appartment for less than 700-800 euros. and that's a problem when you are single and you don't want to share a flat with friends. the joke is, obviously, a little exagerated, but it's directly inspirated in some of my friends and job mates.

Ha. I guess I wasn't thinking about Madrid. I lived in a little town in Soria where rent was around 280 euros a month, internet included. That is why it seemed like 700 euros was more than enough.
But yup, I got the joke. Loved the pic.
